The Ruby Family Fund is a discretionary community support initiative funded solely by Ruby Competitions Ltd from company profits.

It may provide a one-off contribution towards something meaningful — whether that’s support during a difficult time, help towards a personal goal, or something that brings genuine relief or happiness.

The Ruby Family Fund is not a competition, lottery, prize draw, or promotion. It is not linked to ticket purchases, entry activity, or chances of winning any competition on our platform. Support awards are made entirely at the discretion of Ruby Competitions Ltd and are not guaranteed.

How It Works

3. One application may be selected each calendar month.

4. If selected, we will contact you directly.

Eligibility & Selection:
Applicants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Applications are reviewed by Ruby Competitions Ltd. One application may be selected each month at our sole discretion based on the information provided and the perceived impact of the request. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Ruby Competitions Ltd reserves the right not to make an award in any given month. The decision of Ruby Competitions Ltd is final and no correspondence or appeals process will be entered into.
