Start deals everyone onto the board. Next round puts the survivors behind the three doors so you can talk over it — then Open the doors reveals which one was the trapdoor. Repeat until one name is left.

Draw puts the pairings on screen so the room can see who is up against who. Then play a round at a time — each match is a coin flip, and every player is visibly heads or tails.

The bracket is sized to the field: eleven entrants get a 16-slot bracket with five byes. Byes are dealt at random, so everyone has the same chance of a free pass.

Both split: they share the pot. One steals: the stealer takes the lot. Both steal: nobody wins. A pot with an odd penny is split in the players' favour, so each half is exact.
