How the points work
Simple rules, big rewards. Points are counted automatically the moment you post.
The board runs Monday to Sunday, UK time, and there's a monthly board too, for bragging rights. Names show as first name and last initial (or your Instagram username), so your mates can see you climbing.

The small print. Free to take part - no purchase necessary. Open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over. The weekly leaderboard runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (UK time); the top 3 places each week win £10 site credit, added to the winner's Ruby Competitions account within 3 working days. Winners are contacted by reply to one of their comments or by direct message on the platform they took part from. To claim, the winner must hold a Ruby Competitions account in the same name.
Only likes and comments on Ruby Competitions' own Facebook posts and Lives, and comments on our Instagram posts, count. Points are awarded per person per post as set out above, and are worked out automatically. Likes that are removed, and comments that are deleted, hidden, abusive, spam, or from accounts we believe to be fake or duplicates, are removed from the board. Ruby Competitions staff and their households are not eligible. Nobody can win more than 3 weeks in a row - a leader on a longer streak steps aside for that week and the next person moves up. Tagging friends and sharing posts are welcome but do not earn points.
Names are shown as first name and last initial (or Instagram username). If you would rather not appear on the board, message us and we'll remove you. Ruby Competitions Ltd reserves the right to change the points, prizes or end the promotion at any time; the board and these terms show the current rules. Our decision on points and places is final.
